The objective of employing a Marketing Intern at First One Adventures is to support the reformation, and implementation of the project strategy for First One Adventures’ Youth Employment Service program (YES Connect). The incumbent will play a critical role in serving as the custodian of strategic stakeholder management and engagements for both external and internal stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and present the YES Connect to prospective clients in line with the adopted strategy;
  • Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders through promoting the value of the solution and ensuring the adoption across the assigned region.
  • Manage pipeline and activities accordingly;
  • Adopt the First One Adventures sales methodology;
  • Attend sales meetings to report on progress against sales plans;
  • Provide Key Account Plans and sales feedback reports as required;
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to ensure our products are well represented in the market;
  • Support in developing and growing strategic relationships with the customer so that they have the best possible customer experience; and
  • Support in achieving client satisfaction and retention, across territories and product verticals.
  • Own the responsibility of the client’s needs, expectations and requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy of the solutions delivered

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric,  and relevant qualification
  • Good computer literacy
